Athletes Morning Porridge
Kick start your morning the right way!
As if this one needs much explaining. I think most people serious about bodybuilding has eaten protein porridge at some point in their diet. It’s so easy to make and is packed full of protein.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 40g oats
- 20g Powerbeck Diet Whey
- 360ml Skimmed milk
- 1 Banana
- 25g dried fruit or seeds and nuts.
HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix the oats, protein powder and milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Top with fresh and dried fruit/ seeds and nuts.
