Low Sugar Smoothie Packed with Vitamins and Minerals
I’m always on the lookout for new protein recipes, I have been looking for smoothies that are low in natural sugars but contain an immense amount of health benefits.
Today I have found just that, this recipe for a smoothie is low in natural sugars and is packed full of vital vitamins, minerals and protein, everything our bodies need.
What you will need:
- Half a Watermelon (unseeded)
- 1 Avocado
- Hand full of Raspberries
- 5 Strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1 Oranges
- 2 Scoops of Strawberry or Banana Protein Pro
How to prepare:
Wash and dice fruit into small pieces and add them and the protein to a blender and mix for 30-40 seconds. Add Chia seeds and spirulina for added health benefits and blend for a further 10 seconds.
