High Protein Pancakes
Protein Pancakes are one of the most desired snacks with fitness enthusiasts and they come in many forms.
Not so long ago, I made some banana and spirulina pancakes. They were super green, and the health benefits are amazing: as spirulina contains aminos, vitamins, protein and minerals. This recipe for protein banana pancakes comes packed with protein and has spirulina or green tea as an optional ingredient.
What you will need:
- 2 Large Eggs.
- 1 Large Ripe Banana.
- 3-4 Scoops of Protein (Cookies or Vanilla is best).
- Spirulina (Optional).
- Green Tea (Optional).
How to prepare:
- Mash up the banana. crack the eggs, and mix together.
- Add the Protein until it is gloopy in consistency. Add more powder or water if required.
- Pour a small amount into a frying pan and cook evenly on both sides. Repeat until 8 pancakes are made and serve.
